Born in Lithuania, based in Copenhagen and around the world, I’ve spent the past 10+ years immersed in Europe’s startup ecosystem—actively bringing founder stories to life.

What began as simple curiosity about entrepreneurship evolved into hosting over 100 founder interviews on my podcast Perception Paradox, where I explore the real, unfiltered experiences behind startup success stories.

My background in podcasting shapes how I approach event hosting and keynote speaking: with authenticity, curiosity, and a focus on creating meaningful human connections. Whether I’m moderating a panel at Mobile World Congress or hosting a startup competition, I aim to design moments that feel genuine and engaging.

My stage journey began at just 8 years old—and I never looked back. In recent years, I’ve dedicated myself fully to performance in its many forms: MCing, keynotes, workshops, and conversation design.

I hold an MSc in Brand and Communication from CBS, and when I’m not on stage, you’ll find me chasing wind as a passionate (kite)surfer or pushing limits as an endurance athlete—always seeking new adventures.
